Birthday Party

Cancellation Policy

**All About The Fun — Booking Policy** **Reservations & Arrival** Book the correct activity, session length, and number of players. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in, any required waivers, and instructions. Late arrivals may receive reduced playtime at the full session price. Additional time is subject to availability. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a refund of your session payment or restoration of membership credits. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the payment or credits used for that booking. Contact us if an emergency affects your reservation. **Membership Credits** One credit covers 15 minutes of gameplay for one person. A 30-minute session uses 2 credits, 45 minutes uses 3 credits, and 60 minutes uses 4 credits per player. Family memberships include six total player-hours per billing month, shared among covered family members. Four people playing for one hour use four hours of the family allowance. Credits renew each billing month, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Gameplay beyond the included allowance is charged separately. **Safety & Participation** Players must meet the activity’s participation requirements, complete any required waivers, and follow staff instructions. Unsafe behavior or misuse of equipment may result in the session ending without a refund. **Equipment Interruptions** If an equipment issue on our side interrupts your session, we will offer replacement playtime or a refund or credit for the affected portion. If we cancel your session, you may reschedule or receive a refund of the session payment or restoration of the credits used.
